what better than 10 km? Little time
chilled (0 °), but no wind, phew! A circuit of 5 km in the city to perform 2 times, but had to be changed at the last moment to avoid a few patches of ice on the original circuit (Which has added about 300 meters of ....). Raises many in these streets, amid the typical villas, a passage in the park, and generally no problems, so ideal conditions for a good time.
Excellent time passes (12'40 3rd km, the 5th 21'17, 29'56 in the 7th, 9th at 38'52) but the latter seems longer ... when I turned in an average of 4'19 miles, the last poster 5'55?? Then I accelerated, taken in competition with other runners! So
44'47 on the line a little disappointed because I was at 9th 43'10 thinking about leaving. Next rank, I'm 77th out of 222 entrants.
Very good organization (outside the Km), heated room for bibs, good supply on arrival a very nice windbreaker and a buff for everyone, car-free journey. A beautiful track to start the year trail!
