Departure at 9 am, with the common 23 km. About 140 riders on each distance, we start with Marion slowly, hampered by a cold. Beautiful weather, not too hot. From the first hill beyond 3 km, we double a female, then another a little further. The coasts are linked after the first refueling while running, but is well short of breath at the top! At the junction of 12 km and 23 km, Francis, who made the announcement we control the first female Marion! The last 4 km are unabated, even in this terrible finish (walks into a small tunnel under the railway track, followed by a positive slope, then a false flat to the line). In 1 h 00'18 we are 37th and 38th (about 140). The newspaper correspondents "New Republic Central West" and "Western Courier" issues besetting the star of the day. Good little race!
